š® How to Play
1. Set Up the Mission
Choose a mission from the campaign and prepare the required cards and task tokens.
Deal the playing cards evenly among all players. Players keep their hands secret.
2. Reveal the Mission Objectives šÆ
Each mission gives the crew specific tasks to complete.
Task cards are assigned to players, and the team must figure out how to make sure the correct cards are won by the correct players.
3. Start the Trick
The player holding the Commander card begins the first trick.
The Commander plays a card, establishing the suit that everyone must follow if possible.
4. Follow Suit š
Players take turns playing one card.
If you have a card matching the suit that was led, you must play that suit.
If you cannot follow suit, you may play another card, including a submarine card, which acts as the trump suit.
5. Determine the Winner
The highest card of the led suit normally wins the trick.
However, a submarine card beats cards from the other suits.
The player who wins the trick takes all the cards played and becomes the leader of the next trick.
6. Communicate Carefully š¤«
Communication is deliberately limited.
Players cannot freely reveal their cards or simply tell teammates exactly what they should play. Instead, use the game's communication system to give your teammates useful information.
Good communication and deduction are crucial.
7. Complete the Tasks
The crew wins the mission only when all assigned tasks are successfully completed.
For example, if a task requires a particular player to win a specific card, the team must carefully control the tricks so that the correct player captures it.
š 8. Continue the Campaign
The Crew: Mission Deep Sea contains a campaign of 32 missions. The difficulty and objectives change as the crew progresses deeper into the ocean.
Each mission presents a new puzzle for the team to solve.
