🎮 How to Play
🔢 ONO 99
1. Deal the Cards
Deal cards to each player and place the remaining deck face down.
2. Play a Card & Announce the Total
On your turn, play a card onto the discard pile and announce the new running total.
3. Stay Below 99
Keep the total under 99. Use special cards such as Reverse, Draw 2, and Minus 10 to manage the total and disrupt the flow of the game.
4. Avoid 99 or More
If your play makes the total 99 or higher, you lose the round/life.
5. Watch the ONO 99 Cards
ONO 99 cards cannot be played and must remain in your hand.

😈 UNO No Mercy
1. Deal 7 Cards
Each player starts with 7 cards. Place the remaining cards face down as the draw pile and flip one card to begin the discard pile.
2. Match the Card
Play a card matching the color, number, or symbol of the card on top of the discard pile.
3. Use Powerful Action Cards
UNO No Mercy introduces brutal cards such as Wild Draw 6, Wild Draw 10, and Skip Everyone.
4. Stack Draw Cards
When hit with a draw penalty, you can stack another qualifying draw card, passing the increasing penalty to the next player. Eventually, someone may have to take the entire stack.
5. Swap Hands
Whenever a 7 or 0 is played, players must swap hands according to the game's special rule.
6. Watch the Mercy Rule
If you ever reach 25 or more cards in your hand, you're eliminated!
