Every tile you place can change the market. Build a growing hotel empire, secure majority ownership, watch your competitors carefully, and decide exactly when to buy, sell, trade, or hold your stocks.

The ultimate goal is simple: finish the game with more money than everyone else!

🎮 How to Play

1. Build Your Hotel Empire

Each player begins with a hand of building tiles. On your turn, choose one tile and place it onto the matching space on the board.

Your placement can:

• 🏨 Create a new hotel chain
• 📈 Expand an existing chain
• 🔗 Connect hotel chains and trigger a merger
• 🧩 Create an unincorporated group with no immediate effect

2. Found Hotel Chains

When your tile connects two or more previously unincorporated spaces, you can establish a new hotel chain.

Choose an available corporation and place its headquarters on the board. The founder can receive a free share when stock is available.

3. Buy Stocks

After placing your tile, you can purchase up to three stocks from hotel chains currently operating on the board.

The larger and more valuable a chain becomes, the more its shares can be worth.

4. Trigger a Merger

The most exciting moments happen when your tile connects two or more hotel chains.

The larger chain absorbs the smaller chain, triggering a merger.

Shareholders of the acquired company may receive majority and minority bonuses before deciding what to do with their shares.

5. Sell, Trade or Hold

After a merger, shareholders can choose to:

• 💵 Sell their acquired-company stock for cash
• 🔄 Trade eligible shares for stock in the surviving company
• 📦 Hold their shares for a possible future use

Every decision can dramatically change your financial position.

6. Grow & Protect Your Investments

As hotel chains become larger, their stock values increase. However, you must also consider whether a chain is close to becoming safe from acquisition.

A chain with 11 or more tiles is considered safe and cannot normally be acquired.

7. End the Game

The game can end when a player declares that:

• 🏨 A hotel chain has reached 41 or more tiles, or
• 🛡️ All active hotel chains are safe.

Players then receive final shareholder bonuses and liquidate their remaining stocks.

The player with the most money wins!
